Missing in Action
I haven’t been posting. I haven’t fallen off the wagon though. Today I weighed at 172.5! My lowest weight that I can honestly remember.
A lot of things have changed. I’m a vegan now, I joined jazzercise. I’m going to try and update more but life is pretty hectic with working 40-45 hours a week and taking 9 hours of classes.
I hope everyone is doing well :)

I know I have been MIA but holy shit. It’s not that big of a weight difference. But I wasn’t exercising when that picture was taken. Now I am doing jazzercise 4-6 times a week!

RECIPE: Black Bean & Sweet Potato Chili
Ingredients
2 Cups Black Beans
1/2 Cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 1/2 Cup of Sweet Potato cut into small cubes
1 Tablespoon Organic all natural Peanut Butter
2 Sweet Bell Peppers chopped
1 Cup Sweet Onion chopped
1 1/2 Cups NSA Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sweet Corn
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
6-8 finely chopped Fresh Garlic Cloves
1-2 cups Water – enough to almost cover the ingredients in the pot.
Directions
Just throw all the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on high for 5-6 hours. How easy is that?!

Progress!!!!
1st was taken today at 185 pounds
2nd was taken in July at 194ish pounds (See post)

BIG DAY
Today I had a follow up appointment with my doctor. On my scale at home I weighed in at 187 for a total loss of 7 pounds but on their scale I had only lost 1 pound!! So I was discouraged and honestly, my doctor is a total bitch. I left the office almost in tears. She was saying how I needed to count calories….one thing I DID NOT want to do. But I decided to suck it up and download “My Net Diary” on my iphone and have started tracking.
ALSO
I joined Jazzercise today! I don’t like working out on the treadmill or elliptical, running, I’ve even grown bored with walking. And I have done aerobics classes in the past so I thought I
would like Jazzercise. So I joined and went to my first class which was an express class for only 30 mins. Hopefully tomorrow I will get my butt out of bed and go for an hour. I really liked it.
I’m proud of myself today :)
